Start with something free

Three things here cost nothing. Take them, use them, and see whether this way of working suits you before you spend anything.

The Perimenopause Reset Workbook — 146 pages, free

The full workbook, not a sample. Symptom trackers you fill in day by day, a 30-day plan, and sheets designed to be printed and taken to your doctor — so you walk into the appointment with two weeks of written evidence instead of trying to describe a year of symptoms in ten minutes.

It covers the hormone storm, the 3 a.m. waking, the mood shifts nobody warned you about, and what you can actually do about each one.

The Focus Quick-Start Checklist — 2 pages, free

A one-sitting checklist for the days when everything feels like too much and nothing gets started. Seven days, one small action each, and a screen-free reward list that does not involve willpower.

Short on purpose. If you only have five minutes, start here.

The BMI Calculator — free, no sign-up

Check your Body Mass Index in seconds, in metric or imperial. Nothing is stored, nothing is sent anywhere, and there is no account to create. Alongside it there are plain-English articles on what the number means and — just as important — what it leaves out for women after 50.

Why I ask for your email

The two workbooks are delivered through Gumroad, and Gumroad asks for an email address so it can send you the file. That address also lets me tell you when a new guide comes out or when something is free for a while.

What it does not do: I do not send weekly newsletters, I do not sell or share your address with anyone, and every message has an unsubscribe link that works. If you only ever want the workbook and nothing else, take it and unsubscribe — that is a completely reasonable thing to do and it costs me nothing.

When you want more

There are eight guides in the series, each one taking a single problem — sleep, brain fog, cortisol, gut health, the vagus nerve, nutrition, perimenopause, focus — and giving you something to do about it this week. Most are around the price of a coffee and a cake.
