Most sleep and relaxation videos run for eight hours and are made to disappear into the background. These are the opposite. Each one is a session with a beginning and an end — forty-five minutes, one frequency, and then it lets you go.
You can simply listen. But if you can, watch too: the light on screen breathes in time with the sound, and following it with your eyes gives your mind one slow thing to hold on to.
And one thing you won't find here: blue screens. Almost every sleep video is deep blue, and blue is the wavelength that suppresses melatonin the most. These are warm — amber, gold, deep navy — so the screen works with your night instead of against it.

Where they live
All twelve are free to listen to on the Mayra Sterling Sound channel, and two new ones go up every week. This page is always the current list — bookmark it rather than the individual videos.
These sessions are for relaxation and wellbeing. They are not medical advice and not a treatment for any condition. The frequencies are presented as they are traditionally used, which is not the same as a claim that they cure anything. If you are struggling with sleep over a long period, please talk to your doctor.
